Here is my latest Cricut Project. I used the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cricut Cartridge to make these Easter themed baskets. I also used the Doodle Charm cartrige to make the bunny.
Instructions:
Cut a nut cup using cardstock and the tags, bags, boxes and more cartridge at 5.5” and using the ‘blackout feature’.
Score, fold and adhere cup closed.
Cut a strip of cardstock for handle and attach to cup using brads.
Cut a bunny from white cardstock using the doodlecharms cartridge set at 1.5”. Cut a bunny nose [shift-bunny] from pink cardstock and glue on white bunny. Cut a bunny "shadow" from a piece of coordinating cardstock and layer bunny to the shadow.
I then drew the whiskers and mouth on and then used pink chalk on the ears and cheeks. Next I attached a paper flower and brad that I had bought onto one of the bunnies ears. Finally for the eyes I glued on a couple of "googly" eyes and then attached the bunny to the basket.
I plan on giving one to each of my coworkers and one to my son's teacher.

Provo Craft cutter/Scorer
Okay I own the fiskars paper trimmer and the Creative Memories one too. So why the provo craft one? Well it not only cuts but it has a scoring blade too! Which comes in very handy when using my Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cricut Cartridge. I most likely will leave the scoring blade in and use it for scoring only. I could not believe how easy things went together after using the scoring blade. Oh and the up side is it only cost $7.49! There is also one made by Cricut for the same price. But they did not sell those where I was. I am sure it works just as well as the provo craft one since Provo Craft makes the Cricut.
