What shoes are you?

You Are Flip Flops

You are laid back and very friendly.

Cheery and sunny in disposition, you usually have something to smile about.

Style is important to you, as long as you can stay casual.

It takes a lot to get you to dress up!

You are a loyal and true person, though you can be a bit of a flake.

You tend to "play hooky" and blow off responsibilities a lot more than most people.

You should live: By the beach

You should work: At a casual up and coming company

I just read my friend Kristi's blog and had to do the what shoes are you quiz too! I think it pretty much sums me up!

Graduation Card

This is the card I made for our neighbor girl who also use to babysit for us.
Our school colors are black and silver. I used The new arrival cricut cartridge to cut the "congratulations" out. I used my crop a dile to make punch holes in the bottoom of the card and then threaded a ribbon through. And last but not least I topped it off with a clear skittle.

Revenge of some sort

The "magazine cover" below is my nephew who I am trying to get some sort of revenge on. For April Fools this year he had my sister text me and my other sister telling us we are going to be Great Aunts. Mike is freshly out of college and not in a relationship. I called him to offer congratulations and a shoulder if he needed it. Mike played along with his joke and went on that he did not know what he was going to do etc and sounded sooo depressed! For that I give him "Player" of the year. LOL! If there were such a magazine he would most definetly be on the cover. Cograts Mike! I am not done with you yet!

May Day Basket for my Son's Teacher

I am having sinus surgery on Friday so I thought I had better get a jump on the May projects. I made this May basket with chipboard coasters, scrapbook paper, some ribbon and a little hot glue.

(Grand)Mother's Day Gift

My dd painted this frame that I got at Michaels and she then used glue dots to add the prepainted Dragonfly. We plan to make one more and then give them to "The Grandma's" for Mother's Day.

Okay I should have kept the link to the blog where I first saw this idea for ribbon storage but I forgot to! So far I love this idea . . . plus it helps that I already owned the basket!

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

I made these with my son today as an after school project. He was very proud to be helping make a snack for himself. They go together very easily and quick!

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter

Directions:

Combine all ingredients until mixed. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each ball with a fork. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5-7 minutes then place on wire rack. Makes about 2 dozen.
